We are looking to hire part time and/or full time retail sales assistants preferably with some experience in retail or other customer service industries
Duties would include:
- Serving customers and dealing with enquiries
- Processing cash, card using shopify POS
- Handling product returns and payment refund requests
- Promoting products based on the company’s directives
- Arranging products on the shelves ready for drop days
- Unpacking and sorting new stock delivery
- Managing product inventory at the store
- Keeping the store clean
- General friendly approachable manner
- helping social media creators if need be
We are looking for someone with a good knowledge of streetwear brands, good fashion sense and someone who fits the brand image.
Need to have a friendly approachable manner with good customer service skills with a great work ethic. Plus flexible to work different hours weekly and be available earlier to prepare for drop days.
